Getting Started

 

CrossFit Garland will be very different from any other fitness program or workout you have probably ever experienced. Time is a precious commodity that many of us can not afford to waste, so to maximize our time together, we have a three (3) step plan for your start.

 

Step 1: We'll start by scheduling a FREE private or semi-private appointment to describe the movements we'll be teaching you, the new nutritional habits you'll be adopting, and our expectations and commitment we require from you.  Afterwards, we’ll take you through your Introductory CrossFit Session and answer any of the questions you have.  There’s no sales pitch - we just give you the TRUTH about fitness and nutrition and what it takes to achieve the results you desire...at that point, it's up to you to say what you'd like to do.  If you decide you're ready for lasting changes, then we will ask you to make a commitment.

 

Step 2: A commitment to executing proper form and movement technique is critical to maximizing the return on your effort investment. Therefore, we require each new CrossFit Garland client to complete our CrossFit On-Ramp Exercise (C.O.R.E.) Program to optimize your exercise and movement technique, protect against injury, and to prepare you for joining our CrossFit classes.    

 

Step 3: You will be integrated into the ongoing CrossFit group training class that fits your schedule and you will track your progress at each workout. The best part of these classes is you will be surrounded by other committed individuals who work will hard, and are truly interested in helping everyone succeed.  NOTE: If after completing your Fundamental sessions, if you feel that you are not ready to join our group training classes, we recommend you invest in private or semi-private preparatory training sessions until you’re ready.
